Project 25 is a single player episode, made by Filip Coulianos, with 30 minutes of playtime set in the Half-Life 2 universe. The episode is a part of my final year project to get a Bachelour of art. they say episode one takes 5 hours to complete while for me it took 2. Howlongtobeat has ~2.35 h for what they call 'rushed' gameplay style. For Ep2 (rushed) they have ~3.33h, so for you it should be ~ 3 hours then. 5 hours seems very inaccurate for Episode One, it is the shortest HL2 game, not necessarily because of difficulty, but overall length.
