I have to right click the mouse everytime I want to aim with my weapon. In Vice City, you can aim at anyone without a single click (except sniper rifles). They released GTA III, GTA VC and GTA SA in four years, those were pretty huge games to develop in a very short time and, consequently, they are full of leftovers and beta unimplemented elements (if you have time, take a look to Vadim M Youtube Channel or GTA Series Videos "Hot Topic" playlist on Youtube, you could find pretty interesting stuff sean_-_ answered: In a car, press and hold the black button + a or b to shoot right, and the white button + a or b to shoot left. I made a new game, and enabled all stole a pistol from a cop, and it didn't do it. I found a gun that when you aim you walk slower, and it did it. I enabled the hitman cheat (hitman status on all weapons,) and it still did it.
